The subscriptions from the official website of respective OTT platforms are subject for personal use only. The subscription purchase cannot be made in bulk, NO commercial discounts are available, NO resellers are appointed officially by the OTT platforms. Besides, the official does not provide any technical support or customer service in person.

The Entry Package is designed for new-comers or SMEs to enjoy the benefits, with the flexibility to choose your preferred OTT Platforms to tailormade a designated in-room guest experience.

The packages are inclusive of the platform registration fee, activation fee, subscription fee, and etc.

Our OTT Streaming App are widely available in Google Play Store and Apple APP Store. The configuration can be done by downloading and installing with a simple code activation provided by MQBiz.

A standard Contract Tenure will be 2-years. Thereafter, the contract will be automatically renewed every year. The Security Deposit is 2-months of the subscription fee, which will be refunded upon service termination.

We have simplified the sign-up process for our Hospitality Pack by replacing the Subscription Agreement with a Service Agreement Form – this will shorten the overall onboarding process so that you can enjoy the Hospitality Pack faster.

No, this is strictly prohibited. The use of service is only within the room and you are not allowed to charge/ resell to customers for any fees. The specific T&C related to this is stated in our Service Registration Form : Usage of Services.
